The Law Offices of Paul L. Marks provide legal services in Orange County and the surrounding areas. Mr. Marks is a resident of Orange County. He graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1974, from the University of North Carolina in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and from the Southwestern School of Law in 1981 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Marks was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982. He was an associate attorney from 1982 to 1984 at Kopald & Kopald, prior to opening his own law firm in 1984. He was admitted to practice law before the United States District Court, Southern District of New York in 1983 and before the United States Supreme Court in 1990.

The Law Offices of Paul L. Marks provide general legal services with an emphasis in real estate law, commercial law; including collections and bankruptcy, divorce and family law, estate and will preparation and probate in local courts.

Mr. Marks is a member of the Orange County and the New York State Bar Associations, and the American Collectors Association Legal Division. He is an authorized, court trained legal mediator since 2001, and is currently on the panel of attorneys for both referee appointments and Guardian Ad Litem cases for Orange, Dutchess and Rockland Counties.
